Homemade Pizza

Me: What shall we have for dinner tonight?
Sis: How about pizza?
Bro-in-law: We just had it recently.
Me: Let’s bake our own pizza! We just buy the base and top it up as we wish.
Sis: OKAY!

Well, that’s the conversation we had in the car earlier this afternoon. At least that’s what I remember of it (let’s not be so accurate shall we?).

So we got the following items from Cold Storage.

• Pizza crust
• Garlic and Herb Lamb sausage (we want the insides)
• Salami
• Tuna
• Mozzarella Cheese
• Mushroom
• Tomato paste

So here’s the result.

What a fulfilling dinner. Looks like it’s gonna be another dish that I’ll make more often in future.
