Omega Juicer 8005

Remember the Omega Juicer I blogged about a short while back. Well, I ordered one. Specifically I ordered the Omega Juicer 8005 (the cool looking chrome one).

As mentioned previously, the juicer is not available locally in Singapore/Malaysia so to get it means to factor in shipping costs from US where it’s available widely.

Out of good luck (or bad depending on how you see it), the website that I go to get my supply or Krill Oil (I’ll probably talk about that another time) had a Free Shipping offer for almost all their products in conjunction with the infamous Black Friday in the US. And the free shipping applies to international shipping as well.

So thanks to Mercola.com for providing this Free Shipping offer. Effectively I have saved at least SGD100 for shipping alone (well, I have spent like SGD360 on the juicer).

So now, based on the latest delivery status. The juicer has left the US and is on it’s way to Singapore. Will blog about it when it arrives.

By the way, Mercola.com is quite a good resource for health related stuff that deviates from mainstream health recommendations that we’ve grown up with. Definitely a good resource that I recommend to everyone.

    Hi Justin,

I wanted to buy omega juicer too. can you share with me where to buy them? I am in KL. it will cost me rm2,600 to buy in kl which is very expensive. how can I buy it cheaper?

    thanks for your reply.

  4. justinloo says:

You can just buy it online and ship direct from US. Don’t think it will cost RM2600 doing that.

The juicer is doing very well. worth the money in my opinion. Think you can only ship it in from overseas to get it. I got my omega juicer from http://www.mercola.com

How is your omega 8005 working? I am thinking of getting omega vert or hurom juicer, how can I get it in Singapore?

Both Omega Juicer J8006/8226/J1002/Vert330 are available in East & West Malaysia. I bought the machine from Parkson Pavilion. The after sales and service of the distributor was very helpful. They did a demonstration using the machine and they explanation was impressing. Why I bought in our homeland is because I’m cover with the local warranty. This is very important.

Electrical equipment from USA is equipped with 120V. Do you face any problems converting it to 240V in Singapore? Will appreciate your feedback.

  9. justinloo says:

I selected the model that runs on 240v so no issue there.
