I have moved over to my new house!! woohooo…
Couldn’t get online over the weekend, my bloody net access is not up yet. Quite stupid actually. I went over to starhub customer service few days back to change my Maxonline service address to my new place. Scheduled it to activate on Saturday. So the customer service officer (CSO) told me that it will be available Friday midnite. Cool I thought. Then I asked him, since my flat is fairly new the digital signal may not have been activated. He “tap tap tap” on his keyboard then tell me. “I don’t think it will be a problem..”
Come Friday midnite, armed with my notebook, I turned on the cable modem. Nothing. Okay maybe need to wait a while. 12:30am…. nothing!! Bloody hell. Went to bed.
Morning… NOTHING. Called the Starhub Hotline, spoke to a CSO. “Sir, we will get a technical officer to speak to you about your problem. Is your contact number ……..”. Waited for them to call me the whole day.. they didn’t call back. Sunday morning called them again, finally manage to sort out for someone to come enable the digital signal. Next Saturday. Gosh, no net access at home for the whole week. It’s gonna be pretty troublesome.
So, the point is, since I don’t have net access at home, I will be quite inept at blogging about me moving in to my new house. Anyways, alot of things to do there, it’s a mess right now. So I shall post some things soon.

my experiance is, they will ask contact from you, then promise you by tomorrow they will get someone to talk to you.
bla bla bla the same cycle goes few times, finally i give up on my request, just follow what they suggested…
