Well, that’s the status as of today. House is still in a mess. Original estimate was to have all the built in wardrobes and kitchen cabinets installed by today; but alas it was not meant to be. The carpenters started work late in the week and there were some glitches along the way. Now the place is like a warzone with the carpentry parts all over the living room.
Well, at least some of the cabinets are halfway installed.
Hope they can finish it up by Tuesday. Anyway, as consolation, the aircon installation went on without a glitch. So my Mitsubishi System-3 Inverter aircon is up and running.
The trunking in the master room is a bit of an eyesore but unfortunately it’s the only way. Tried to get the guy to route them into the washroom but it was blocked by water piping. If evade the water piping, will have to maneuver the trunking everywhere in the washroom. Not a pretty sight as well. So oh well, I’ll learn to live with it.
what a mess….
